					<description><![CDATA[I love to make quiche - and freeze each slice for school lunches. Another favorite is twice baked potatoes - where you bake the potatoes, cut it in half, scoop out the inside, mix it with sour cream, green peppers, swiss cheese, cubes of ham, green onions etc. . . and then put it back in the potato skin. Then you bake it again for 20 minutes to heat up all the ingredients.   These also freeze really well - and you can wrap them up in saran wrap easily.]]></description>
